First, there was an album title. Then there was cover art. And then eventually the realization that actual music needed to be thrown together hit me.

This track is actually the first one started for "eventual new release". It sat around for awhile before I realized it really needed a kick in the pants and replaced a lot of the original sounds with other sounds that weren't so annoying. Then I had a revelation and made it more obnoxious.
